Why couldn’t Moses enter Canaan,

the land flowing with milk and honey?

Short Reflection of Julia Kim of Naju, Korea

Dear all, I think the Messages of Love from Jesus and the Blessed Mother of Naju are truly profound yet simple. Though there are difficult idioms in Chinese characters, they are all clearly explained, right? (Yes.) Despite the idioms, the Naju Messages are very easy: “Pray. Do penance. Repent.”

With just these few words, we might wonder, “What does penance mean?” “What does repentance mean?” or “What does sacrifice mean?” and not fully understand. However, in the Naju Messages, the Blessed Mother, together with Jesus, repeatedly explains what sacrifice is, what penance is, and what the Five Spiritualities are. They are showing us many shortcuts to Heaven.

So, we must follow Their Words. Yet, when we try to follow the Lord and the Blessed Mother, the devil schemes in various ways to stop us. When we are about to receive many graces in Naju, the devils may try to prevent us from going there in different ways. In such moments, we should recognize, “Ah! I must be about to receive abundant graces today!” With this mindset, if you come to Naju, the Lord will never send you away empty-handed.

Even during the time of Jesus, if there were 100 lepers, He would not have healed all of them, right? (Right.) He could heal only a few of them. Today, He may heal some of you or even all of you. May all of you be healed today—both spiritually and physically. God the Father, Jesus, and the Blessed Mother keep all of you in Their loving gaze.

At this very moment, they are calling you, “My adorable children, whom I can cherish even in My eyes without feeling any pain.” Dear all, believe this! Today, entrust yourselves completely to the Lord and the Blessed Mother, who love you immensely.

Even for angels called by God, if they do wrong, they are enchained and thrown into a place they can never escape. Archangel Lucifer, for instance, thought of himself as greater than God and tried to oppose Him. He was punished and became Satan. You know this well, right? (Yes.) The same applies to anyone who does wrong. Moses accomplished remarkable works.

He was called by the Lord and even gave up his royal throne. To save the Israelites, he led them to Mount Sinai. However, when water gushed out of the rock, Moses failed to glorify God. For this reason, he could not enter Canaan, the land flowing with milk and honey, and died outside of it. Moses led the Israelites through the Red Sea to Mount Sinai, but it was Joshua who entered Canaan.

Dear all, we can do it! Let us cry out together: “We can do it!” Amen! Yes, we can do it! You can do it, dear all! If we are determined, we can achieve anything. We must cultivate ourselves, not expecting others to bring us happiness. Instead, we should create our own happiness. Even when practicing the Prayers of Life, we should do it willingly, not just because we are told to. And if we see someone not doing it, we should guide them. That is a good deed.

For example, if someone is watering flowers, you can ask, “What prayer did you offer while doing this?” If they respond, “I didn’t turn it into a prayer,” you can encourage them: “Let us do it now.” Pray, “Jesus, please shower the sweet rain on the barren soul—on my soul, my mother’s soul, my husband’s soul, my wife’s soul, my siblings’ souls, my family’s souls, the souls of those in hospitals, and the souls of those who are sick. Please shower the sweet rain on them.”

How many things can we turn into prayers! Even though we were called, if we did not follow God’s will, we are like the Israelites who went to Mount Sinai with Moses but failed to follow His will and could not be saved. They could not enter Canaan, the promised land. However, Joshua, who held onto the hope “We can do it!”, entered Canaan by leading the Israelites.

Dear all, we must persevere until the end. To the utmost, towards that high place! And yet, we must lower ourselves again and again. Until we enter the Kingdom of God, we must humble ourselves, be trampled, and become truly little. We must become little repeatedly, crushed again and again. Even if we are cursed, we should say, “Amen! Lord, please grant blessings to that person.” Let us pray for the person who curses us.

Even if we feel we cannot do it well, the Lord will be pleased to see us making efforts. Do not say, “I cannot do it.” Instead, declare, “I have not been able to do it so far, but I can do it! I can always do it!” Clench your fists and say, “I can do it!” Amen!

I cannot help loving the Blessed Mother so much, what should I do?
I cannot compare Her to anything in the world.
I cannot help loving the Blessed Mother so much, what should I do? โ™ฌ Amen!
