๐Ÿ’—๐Ÿ“ฐ News of the Prayer Meeting at Naju Shrine on the First Saturday of February 2025 ๐Ÿ’—๐Ÿ”ฅโœจ

Praise be to Jesus! Praise be to the Blessed Mother!

February 2nd was the Feast of the Presentation of the Lord, and it was a meaningful day as the First Saturday Prayer Meeting took place. Despite the heavy rain, the unwavering passion of the pilgrims of Mary's Ark of Salvation, who came to Naju Shrine to comfort the Lord and the Blessed Mother, couldn’t be stopped. With hearts filled with gratitude for the endless love of the Lord and the Blessed Mother for us, we bring you the news of the First Saturday Prayer Meeting for February.

At 2:30 p.m., the preparation prayer began, followed by the Way of the Cross. As if Heaven itself was blessing us, Stream of Mercy rained down. With the belief in the Lord’s promise that through the prayers offered here with devotion, He will spiritually help us grow and wash our souls and bodies with His Precious Blood, we prayed with sincerity, hoping that our prayers would reach the Lord and the Blessed Mother’s altar.

"This place is the Way of the Cross, which I personally walk shedding blood together with you.  Therefore, if all those who walk this Way of the Cross open the doors of their hearts widely, desire sincerely to be united with Me, and pray participating in the pains that I suffered, they will meet Me and receive spiritual and physical healings." (Message of Love from Jesus on January 18, 2002)

At 7:00 p.m., we offered the opening prayer and offered candles and flowers to the Blessed Mother as she entered.

At 7:30 p.m., we held the Eucharistic Benediction, offering thanks and praise to the Blessed Sacrament. We prayed ‘Consecration of the entire human race to the Sacred Heart of Jesus’ and meditated in silence while gazing upon the Holy Eucharist.

† Blessed be God!
† Blessed be God through the little souls gathered here at this holy shrine to pray!

The 165th episode of "Presentation on Naju Shrine through Messages of Love," led by Peter Park, was held. Through the Messages of Love from the Blessed Mother, we understood that no matter how much the world may be engulfed in the fire of the third World War, the souls who will certainly be saved are those who live in union with Mama Julia and practice and spread the Five Spiritualities, following the Lord and the Blessed Mother.

On March 10, 2011, the Blessed Mother pleaded, "At this time when major calamities are coming down here and there in the sky, on the ground, and in the sea, I wish you, who have responded with Amen, to totally subject even your free will to me, become submerged, completely dissolved, and united in the Sacred Hearts of Jesus and me, and work."

There is no more time for hesitation. The flames of divine justice, scorching with judgment, continue to fall, and it is now the critical time for separating the good grain from dry grass. Let us unite with the little soul who, offering intense suffering graciously, strive with all her might to bring as many souls to repentance as possible, and let us arm ourselves with the armor of the Five Spiritualities, putting them into practice.

At 8:50 p.m., we prayed the Joyful Mysteries of the Holy Rosary. It rained so we prayed in the Chapel filled us with the warmth of the Holy Spirit, and our hearts were filled with joy.

Next, Sister Michaela Kim led a time of sharing Testimonies of Grace. Failing to share the graces one has experienced is like lighting a lamp and then covering it with a bowl. Only by sharing these testimonies can new graces be drawn down, making it a truly blessed time.

1. Brother Azades of the Prayer of Life Group shared his testimony. He had once hoped to become a air-force pilot, but after this dream was shattered, he was despondent. When his mother suggested going to Naju, he participated in the youth retreat to use it as a pretext to claim that Naju was not true, as an excuse to stop going to church. At the 12th Station of the Way of the Cross, the image of the Blessed Mother shedding tears of blood popped into his mind, and he was deeply shocked by the realization that he had always only prayed for himself. He repented and began praying for others.

He was shocked by the realization that Jesus is still suffering, not just 2,000 years ago, and his heart was completely transformed with a desire to help Jesus. From that moment, he began experiencing God’s love, leading him to his first love for Jesus. His worldly desires faded, and his faith deepened as he continued to attend the First Saturday Prayer Meetings. After a retreat for aspirants, whenever he faced doubts about his vocation, the image of the Blessed Mother’s tears of blood would pop into his mind, and he decided to commit to religious life. After joining, he has come to feel how great the love of the Lord, the Blessed Mother, and Mama Julia is, and he is living such a happy life.

2. Agnes Choi from Suwon shared her experience of healing. Her husband’s personality, being the owner of a pharmacy, didn’t match well with her, and due to his business failure, she became ill and faced many struggles. However, through the Naju pilgrimages, she received much healing. Her husband’s bus had frequent mechanical failures and accidents, but after she prayed with faith, anointing his bus with Naju Holy Water, the accidents stopped. Even when attacked by the devils of division, she faced thoughts of suicide, but after repenting and reconciling with her husband, peace was restored.

Recently, when a large fire broke out in the United States, there was an urgent situation where the fire spread near the home of her daughter and son-in-law, who live in the U.S. Desperately pleading to Jesus of Mercy in Glory and praying while offering a Mass for Naju, she asked her daughter to sprinkle the Naju Holy Water both inside and outside her daughter's house. Suddenly, the direction of the wind changed, and everything was safe.

3. Teresa Lee from Daegu shared a story of healing through pilgrimage. She had always accompanied her mother to Naju without understanding why, but through the pilgrimage, she was healed of severe atopic dermatitis that made her scratch until her skin bled, as well as the intense inflammation on her face and warts on the soles of her feet, all healed through the Naju Miraculous Water.

Recently, after working on her laptop in a poor posture, she suffered intense pain in her back and hips, but during the Way of the Cross, the pain completely vanished. Through the Way of the Cross, she received the grace of repentance and spiritual healing, and now she pilgrimages with a heart full of gratitude. She has come to feel the love of the Lord and the Blessed Mother, and her faith has grown.

During the youth retreat camp, she opened her heart widely, and through participating in youth group activities, she began to make an effort to pray the Prayer of Life in her daily life. She started praying for Mama Julia, began praying the Rosary, and came to understand the mystery of the Eucharist, experiencing inner growth.

4. Maria Kim from Masan shared her transformative experience at Naju Shrine. Practicing the Five Spiritualities felt like winning the lottery. She began her pilgrimage in 1991, during a time of indifference, after hearing rumors that the Blessed Mother’s tears of blood were a lie. She soon realized how wrong that belief was and committed herself to serving with devotion. She repented for blaming her husband, practicing "It’s my fault," and began showing sincere gratitude toward him. This led to his transformation, and he began joining her on pilgrimages. Her family’s peace grew, and she was able to prevent an abortion by informing her children of the gravity of the sin.

While facing persecution for sharing the message of the Blessed Mother of Naju, she participated in Mass only through YouTube for a long time. After moving to Naju, she became responsible for the Masan branch, and at first, she was filled with personal concerns. However, upon hearing Mama Julia speak about why Moses couldn’t enter the Promised Land, and how only Joshua and Caleb, with their faith that "it can be done," entered, the cry of "I can do it!" burst forth strongly, and her heart was filled with passion. Through fervent prayers of life and sacrifice for the people to be led to Naju for pilgrimage, she deeply experienced that she could help uplift others.

5. Gloria Kim from Uijeongbu shared how the Five Spiritualities helped her overcome negative emotions. She learned not to let external influences disturb her peace, choosing instead to focus on practicing the Five Spiritualities, even in the face of injustice. This practice led to greater patience and love for others, especially when teaching her students.

While teaching children, she came to understand and accept that everyone is different. In the past, she would scold and reprimand her students often, but now she treats them with love. Where there used to be anger, now she finds it much easier to remain calm.

After sharing these testimonies of Grace, Peter Kim shared updates on Julia’s situation.

The Current Condition of Mama Julia:

Mama Julia, offering up the pain of the final moments, urgently needs our fervent prayers. As we prepared for the First Saturday of February and the Feast of the Presentation of the Lord, she made heartbreaking efforts to regain her health so she could be with us.

However, despite nearly three months since her back surgery, there has been no improvement. The pain remains so severe that she cannot sleep at night, suffering from excruciating agony and muscle cramps. She continues to offer up such unbearable pain.

She intended to attend the prayer meeting despite offering up the reparation suffering for abortion and the excruciating pain in her back, but the priests strongly discouraged her, insisting she must recover further. In obedience, she has refrained from attending.

Previously, during a dental procedure, the extraction process left her mouth torn apart, yet she offered up even this suffering. The attacks from the devil have been relentless. Suddenly, bruising appeared on her left hand, making it immobile, and the pain alternates between her left and right hands, rendering them nearly unusable.

Yet, she continues to offer up all these sufferings for the pilgrims, their families, and the success of the 40th anniversary. If we unite our offerings with Mama Julia’s redemptive suffering, we firmly believe that abundant graces of healing will be granted. She is also offering up pains as if her heart is stopping and about to burst. If you accept this with "Amen," we believe that those suffering from heart conditions will surely receive the grace of healing.

Let us give thanks to Mama Julia, who has been offering up redemptive sufferings for 40 years, and strive to live out the Five Spiritualities. We must truly feel and express our gratitude for the boundless love of our beloved Mama Julia, who has laid down everything for us. She considers her sufferings to be joyful and hopeful pains because through them, more souls will receive healing.

When we practice and live out the Five Spiritualities, which have been perfected through Mama Julia’s life as the Lord commanded her to share, we too will bear abundant spiritual fruits. Let us offer our most earnest prayers for Mama Julia. ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ’–

After hearing about Mama Julia's situation, we offered Consecration to the Blessed Mother and watched a video of Mama Julia’s message on "The Disasters Happening Around the World Are Truly God’s Warnings!" The message emphasized that the disasters happening all around the world are a warning of God's judgment, and we are urged to respond with repentance.

The Blessed Mother shed tears of blood in Naju, pouring out all of her being, and even while speaking with difficulty, we couldn’t understand. So, Jesus Himself came.
Many things are happening in the world, yet many people are living too carelessly, even the clergy. We should be seeking ways to provide relief in the face of disasters, but instead, we live far too casually. In response, the Blessed Mother continues to shed tears of blood, and although we cannot see her, she is always with us.

Additionally, Mama Julia has said that by practicing the Five Spiritualities, we can find joy and gain victory over the devil. The battle we must fight and win is not against humans, but against evil spirits. This is something we must always keep in mind. Even if a husband and wife were not on good terms, they should now strive to live in harmony.

Likewise, if there were conflict between a mother-in-law and daughter-in-law, they should reconcile in love. Parents should maintain peaceful relationships with their children, and even if there are differences within the community, we must always respond gently. When someone speaks, we should avoid harsh words and instead focus on good communication.

So let us all strive to unite in complete love. Humans are always imperfect. Only the Lord is perfect. We must not be disappointed or discouraged, but always move forward with courage. “I have the Lord and the Blessed Mother with me!” “The Lord and the Blessed Mother who have manifested in Naju will protect us!” With unwavering faith and certainty, let us begin anew.

The words of Mama Julia, who teaches us how to live in this dark world through the Five Spiritualities, are like the refreshing and life-giving rain that nourishes the soul. Although the world is groaning in suffering from famine, war, natural disasters, and various dreadful diseases, Naju, with Jesus of Mercy in Glory and the Blessed Mother, remains safe.

The Feast of the Presentation of the Lord was celebrated on February 2. The Feast of the Presentation of the Lord is observed 40 days after Christmas, on February 2, commemorating when the Blessed Mother followed the law of Moses and presented the infant Jesus to God in the temple, with blessings and processions.

After the renewal of the consecration of the religious, we celebrated the Feast of the Presentation of the Lord with a Mass officiated by Father Alexander.

Father's Homily
Today is a special day, the Feast of the Presentation of the Lord. It marks the day when Jesus was presented to the Lord by the Blessed Mother, 40 days after His birth. This was in accordance with the law that required the firstborn son to be consecrated to the Lord. However, there was a prophet named Simeon who had received a promise that he would see the Savior before his death. He had been waiting for this moment for a long time.

Additionally, the prophet Anna also had the privilege of seeing the Savior. The plans of the Lord and the Blessed Mother are always fulfilled. Sometimes, we may wonder, "Will that promise really come to pass?" and doubt might arise. However, we must entrust ourselves fully to the Lord and the Blessed Mother, doing our part with faith and commitment. As long as we faithfully carry out the tasks entrusted to us, God's plan will come to fruition.

In our families, communities, and within any organization, we must fulfill the duties entrusted to us. Our roles are extremely important. To welcome the Lord, we must be united with Mama Julia, the little soul, and with one another. This unity is essential for our journey to Heaven. Today, especially, we recall how Jesus was presented in the temple, forty days after His birth, by the Blessed Mother. Likewise, we too must offer ourselves in dedication and unity.

If we dedicate ourselves, our very existence becomes that of the Lord’s and the Blessed Mother’s. To live according to Their will, what must we do? We must live by the words of the Message of Love. We must live according to the Five Spiritualities. It may seem difficult, but if we strive to follow those words like a child, we can do it. Through humility and trust, we can embrace and live the path laid out for us.

It was such a touching moment when we were able to connect with Mama Julia by phone before the meeting time after Mass. Even in the midst of her extreme suffering, she sent us strong words of love and sent kisses and blew breath to us, together with Jesus and the Blessed Mother. With Mama Julia’s ardent love, we were able to finish the first Saturday prayer meeting of February. We pray that peace fills the hearts of the Mary’s Ark of Salvation family and all your loved ones. Shalom!
