๐Ÿ’—๐Ÿ“ฐ News of the Prayer Meeting on the First Saturday of August 2024 ๐Ÿ’—๐Ÿ”ฅโœจ

๐Ÿ’—Dear members of the Mary’s Ark of Salvation family๐Ÿ’—

We bring you blessed news from the First Saturday prayer meeting held this August at the Naju Shrine.๐Ÿ’Œ๐Ÿ’–

Despite the scorching heat, the Naju pilgrims graciously and wholeheartedly gathered at the Blessed Mother’s Mountain, offering their sacrifices with Semchigo as if they were cool.๐ŸŒŠ๐ŸŒŠ๐ŸŒŠ

With every drop of sweat, we prayed that all the impurities of body and soul would be washed away as we fervently offered the Stations of the Cross with sincere devotion.

We cleansed our souls and bodies with the refreshing Miraculous Water and enjoyed the heavenly food prepared with it. We also prepared ourselves to receive Jesus in the Holy Eucharist more worthily through the Sacrament of Confession.

With utmost love, we offered flowers and candles to the Blessed Mother and received a blessing from the Eucharist that descended from Heaven.

During our time of learning about the true significance of the Naju Shrine, we were reminded once again that "through our earnest prayers gathered here at Naju Shrine, the time of chastisement is being delayed."๐Ÿ™๐Ÿป๐Ÿ™๐Ÿป๐Ÿ™๐Ÿป

After offering the Glorious Mysteries of the Holy Rosary, we listened to the powerful testimonies of the youth who participated in the recent Naju Youth Retreat.

๐Ÿ’•In July, a Youth Retreat was held in Naju, where 43 young people gathered for a 2-night, 3-day retreat, despite the short one-month recruitment period. The retreat bore abundant fruit, with many young participants who had struggled with depression, panic disorders, and suicidal thoughts being healed and finding new life, now living a renewed life of resurrection.๐Ÿ’

Following the devastation of the Korean War, South Korea was one of the poorest countries in the world. However, in just 80 years, it has achieved remarkable economic growth, astounding the global community.

Despite this rapid economic advancement and the development of a high-tech material civilization, the inner lives of many have become desolate. Regrettably, South Korea now holds the highest youth suicide rate among OECD countries, with a significant gap between the first and second places. On average, four young people kill themselves each day, with most cases attributed to mental health issues such as depression.

The youth, who are the future of the Korean Church—a Church made fertile by the blood of 10,000 martyrs—are increasingly difficult to find within the Church. Furthermore, just two years ago, a tragic incident known as the Itaewon stampede occurred, where an overwhelming number of young people gathered for nightlife and were tragically crushed to death. What a shameful reality! Our youth, suffering in both body and mind, are in desperate need of healing.

Yet, in Naju, young people are finding healing for their mental wounds and are beginning to live renewed lives. The number of youth dedicating their entire lives to the Lord continues to grow.

We earnestly pray that the pilgrimage to Naju Shrine, where the fruits of love are blossoming, will be freely allowed to all as soon as possible. May young people from around the world come to the Naju Shrine, receive grace, and live a renewed life of resurrection, becoming the light and salt of the Church and the world. Amen!!!๐Ÿ™๐Ÿป๐Ÿ™๐Ÿป๐Ÿ™๐Ÿป

They shared how, through Mama Julia’s profound redemptive suffering, they were filled with abundant graces of spiritual and physical healing and have now begun to live a life of resurrection guided by the Five Spiritualities!

Mama Julia, despite offering up extreme pain, came forward with a radiant smile and delivered the messages. She continues to offer up her suffering, particularly the pain of her heart stopping and feeling as if it’s being torn apart. She has proclaimed for the healing of everyone suffering from heart issues and arthritis. May it be fulfilled for all of you as well! Amen!๐Ÿ™๐Ÿป๐Ÿ’—

Pride can destroy the whole world down, but deep love can lift up the whole world. Let us all arm ourselves with the Five Spiritualities and practice them to defeat the devil!

After the Holy Mass, we had the opportunity to meet with Mama Julia.

๐Ÿ’–With all her heart, she embraced us, kissed us, and together with Jesus and the Blessed Mother, blew her breath upon us. Although Mama Julia describes her suffering as filled with happiness and hope, we should remember that the graces we receive come at the cost of her very life...!!! ๐Ÿ’–

We pray that the blessings of the Lord and the Blessed Mother abundantly fill the homes of the Mary’s Ark of Salvation family worldwide! See you in Naju soon! ๐Ÿ’—๐Ÿ’—๐Ÿ’—๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ™๐Ÿป๐Ÿ™๐Ÿป๐Ÿ™๐Ÿป
